Service overview

- Business Law
Our lawyers in the course of advising on buying or selling a business will carefully consider your aims and objectives and will advise you on the implications of capital gains and GST issues which need to be carefully examined.

- Family Law
In our experience, clients needing advice on general Family Law, Divorce Law and De facto Law issues require their solicitors to not only have the requisite knowledge of these areas of the law, but also the skills to negotiate outcomes on their behalf.

- Commercial & Residential Conveyancing & Property Law.
Our solicitors have over 50 years of experience in conveyancing from the first homebuyer to seasoned developers. Some believe conveyancing has been reduced to an administrative task, not requiring a solicitor or lawyer.

- Estate Planning, Wills & Deceased Estates.
With changes to Superannuation Laws, mixed families from new relationships and for other reasons, drafting Wills and planning your estate upon death or incapacity has assumed more importance in recent years.

- Local Government Law
We can provide you with advice in respect of the preparation of Development Applications and appearance before Local Government panels and if required, appealing against the decisions of Council to review panels and the Land and Environment Court.
